Hi all My sister is a married mother of 2. She has been on equasym for about 18 months. She has only had small breaks from it. She had Been feeling kind of flat for a while now. She stopped talking meds about 10 days ago and have started feeling like her old self ( ie emotions back!). She is worried about her temper though, one of the main reasons she started on meds was to keep on top of it. She would just get in to a rage without realizing it. So how can she make sure this doesn't happen without meds? She don't want to be flat any more, she likes her fun side! Any tips would be great. PinkLisa
