Daytrana
Please post comments about your experience treating your child's ADHD symptoms with the Daytrana patch... Did you notice any side effects? What dosage worked best? Would you recommend it? |

Daytrana
My son has been taking this for 1 1/2 mos. unsuccessfully (10 mg.). The lack of success is simply due to him taking patch off since it irritates his skin and burns. It also comes off or starts peeling off at times on its own. It did seem to help him focus when it was on, but simply too irritating to his skin. He was taking Focalin XR successfully for over a year, but it gradually lost its effectiveness and he was taking the highest dose he could for his weight/age. We will be looking for alternatives here quickly. |
