Well I have wonderful news Jeremy & I have been truly blessed, a week after we moved into the 2 bed/ 1 bath trailer, god evidently didn't mean for us to be in that trailer, because for one the heating system ( the furnace) kept cutting off in the middle of the night & wouldn't come back on, Jeremy & I told the land lord about it, how ever he didn't react to quickly about it, in fact the man didn't even fix the furnace, he just rigged it but never truly fixed the furnace the right way, on top of that the water pipe busted, so there for we had no hot water - thats when Jeremy & I decided that we weren't going to keep paying $650.00 a month for a trailer that was not insulated well, the furnace wasn't working at all, not to mention the fact that water pipes were old, yeah you can fix it all but who knows how long it would be before something else would break , truth is Jeremy & I just couldn't take that chance. So Jeremy & I took his oldest brother Robbie up on his offer of taking over the payments on his 2 bed/ 2 bath trailer, since Robbie is no longer living the trailer & is married & living with his wife, Robbbie just doesn't want to loose the trailer and have bad credit with the mortgage company that the trailer is financed through, so Robbie has agreed to lease the trailer to us for one yr & then in one yr we'll review the lease & then Jeremy & I will have the option to lease the trailer again or we can choose to move & put down on our own trailor. I'll be honest this trailer of Robbie's is nice, it's got 2 bed room, 2 bath rooms, a washer/ drier & dishwasher, believe you me it's well worth the $690.00 a month which consists of $400.00 to the mortgage company, the $225.00 lot rent, water if furnished, cable bill is like $60.00 a month, then if you include the light bill of $80.00 a month but Jeremy's brother has agreed that he would pay the light bill if it's not over $80.00. So in all Jeremy & I come out way better leasing his brother's trialer compared to the trailer that we were renting ( which was a dump to be honest). Now I will say this , all of the moving that Jeremy & I have done has been stressful , all this moving has caused Jeremy's OCD to act up which I knew it would - I know that with my ADD a lot of times Jeremy's OCD does get a little too stimulating for my ADD brain since it takes me longer to process information .
