You didn't say what your limitations are.
If your limitation keeps you from riding in an ambulance ; but it doesn't keep you from walking or using your arms. I would suggest becoming an ER nurse. I talk from expperience because I do it and it works great for us ADDer due the intensity and change . It does have enough change and helping starting lines and things are done that most paramedics can't do. The pay is allot better ;, The down side is not being the first on the scene and the transporting is left to the BLS/Acls units ; but in the ED the work is intense and quick . And if in an trauma center you will be the firstin the room and asssessing the airway setting up for surgery . Nursing also have a lot different specialitize , now men are entering the field and you will find that the vietnam vet was one of the nurse that gravited to the emergency room ; and depending on the team you work with you will be really involved.. I t also brings with an opportunuity to specialize in differnt type of nursing, and continuation of nursing we work in homes, hospitals, jail;s , industry and so much more you should look into it GOOD LUCK
