ADD/ADHD diet

Hi, I live in the NJ area and I was told there was a TV show on where they said that sometimes it can be controlled by your diet. Has anyone every heard of this before?

controlled by diet

In my experience diet, exercise, and general vitamins and supplements will improve ADD by 30%. That is important, but insufficient for optimum treatment. This is complicated further by the need to know the type of ADD as overfocused type needs 60% complex carbs and 40% protein while all the other types are reversed.

Either way the only way to truly treat ADD effectively is with the stimulants or ADD-care.
