Fish Oil

I just purchased a bottle of Omega-3 Fish Oil 950 mg @ Vitamin World but it does not list individually the mg of EPA & DHA so I'm wondering if I should return it. I read in Attitude magazine that you need more EPA then DHA or vise versa (can't remember, can someone remind me?) Can someone give me some advice on this? Thanks so much!

Fish Oil

I just got a download from Additude Mag called fish oil 101 and you should have 3 times the amount of EPA to DHA and children can take up to 2.5 grams of fish oil each day. I am not sure how they work but I want to try them to. I know that my son problably won't swollow a big pill.

If you don't like the pill...

...GNC sells orange-flavored fish-oil chews. I tried them b/c I don't really like the pills either (number one b/c they're HUGE and number two because I started having those "fishy burps" after a while). They actually taste pretty good (you can sorta tell they're not real candy, but you would never guess what it really is if no one told you).
