Frustration and learning

I am a student as a Surgical Tech and I am good and I know what I learned and I know what my tasks are. I just went through my first round of Clinical rotations for school and it was discussed with how I say things. A nurse came to me after I set up the table and she asked me about something and just as I was going to explain another nurse comes in and just starts in "why is this here? these shouldnt be here" and I got all these questions from different people all at once. I snipped and was like "she asked me questions first, so let me answer her first". But this frustration happens alot...like with partial directions/instructions. HOW do I control my frustrations and learn ? Its hard because your boundries are so small. Your not employed your a student but they treat you like you work there and you should know everything already.
