ADHD Frustration: Love and Relationships

I HAVE FEELINGS OF DEFEAT, OUT N HOW TO GET TO KNOW SOMEONE OF THE OPPOSITE SEX!!! MY CONFIDENCE LEVEL IS VERY LOW, NOT ONLY AM I SHY , BUT I AM ALSO DON'T HAVE VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO FORM A RELATIONSHIP, I FEEL REALLY LOST WHEN IT COMES TO THIS SUBJECT!!!

Are you seeing a therapist or counselor who can help you with some strategies for overcoming your social anxiety? Role-playing exercises, maybe? I would suggest looking into that. You might also find some helpful advice in these articles…
