How Can I Get My Posts Removed from the Forum?

Hello... I would like to get my posts removed from the forums. Google search is finding them and I may be looking for a job soon. I REALLY don't want them to find my posts when they Google my name. I will tell them, but I want to be sitting in front of them in a conversation. I don't want to be rejected just because I posted on an ADD forum.
