what to do when meds where off

I'm on 35mg of concerta 2x a day and i find that when the meds where off the ADD becomes 10x worse. I'm unable to focus, i zone out and often unable to complete simple tasks like cooking bacon. I get easily distracted. Does anyone have any suggestions or have expereinced similar experiences? Any advice would be helpful at this point.

Meds

Anytime meds are off in any way immediately consult your doctor. And if you are still having difficulties change doctors immediately. i have worked with psychiatrists over the years and it is imperative that you have one that will work with you to get the right dosage and type.

All the best,

Joseph
