Recommendations for a Portable Digital Recorder??
I am looking for any recommendations for a portable digital voice recorder that I could use for meetings, etc. ? I am looking for something that is USB compatible with a Mac. Anyone? I would love any input. Thanks! |

Portable/Digital Recorder
Check out Radio Shack, Sam's Club and Target stores for the recorder. I just bought one for my son that is PC/Mac friendly. I did purchase the additional external microphone as well just to make sure that he gets 'everything' he needs to record. It does help boost the sound, on/off switch and the clarity is great. I can download on our computers and put on disk for him too. You can get them that record up to 720 hours but if you download, you won't need that much (plus those are a lot more expensive). You can also buy the earbuds for it as well. Good Luck and God Bless. |

Olympus WS-311M
I just got the Olympus WS-311 digital recorder so that I could record my lecture classes and it is compatible with macs. I'm still getting used to it but so far it's easy to use and has been working fine. There are sub-folders on it, so that you can separate different recordings. Also, it comes with a USB cable to connect to your mac. |
