Supplemental Insurance for Residential Treatment?

My son has ADHD, ODD, mood disorder, and several other diagnosis. After 9 years of every treatment and medication under the sun, his behaviors only continue to escalate. He will be going into residential treatment very soon. Our insurance fortunately will pay 90%, but that still leaves us with $7000 out of pocket. Does anyone know of any supplemental insurance programs available for severely emotionally disabled children?
