Ways to Simplify One's Life?

Later this month I will be moving AND starting a new job. It's almost too overwhelming to contemplate. I don't know if the issue is that my life is too complicated or that I get overwhelmed and stressed out too easily.

Anyway, does anyone have tips on simplifying one's life?

simplify one's life

Right now what I am thinking is that I used to get overwelmed over moving, etc. I soon realized that I was only seeing the big picture. Just take it one day at a time and think of what you have to do next, not all of the things that you have to do. Do one thing at a time. That's how I keep it simple. If you need to make a list of only things that you have to do that day. Or that minute. Prioritize them. I hope that this helps.

Summer Cleaning

Hi mintchip:

Welcome to the ADDitude message boards! I find that I feel most overwhelmed when my life is unorganized - when I've let mail stack up and documents litter my desktop and phone calls go unreturned. I know it's easier said than done, but you might use this move to de-clutter your life a little and free up some mental and physical space for your new challenges.

Here is one ADDitude article with a lot of great organization tips:

I hope it helps!
