Well, God is starting to answer our prayers. Almost 3 weeks since the investigation with DSS started alleging that Jeremy abused William and touched him inappropriately and 2 weeks after Jeremy and I had a meeting with the head director of DSS, Jeremy got a letter in the mail this past Saturday informing us that DSS has now closed the cased due to lack of evidence. They were not able to prove that Jeremy abused William. Since this has started Jeremy and I have been in touch with the head administrator so that we can take this whole thing into court as soon as possible and get a hearing in front of a judge. We are working to revoke the 1st Temp guardianship as well as revoke the other placement of William going to live with his first Temp guardian's 1st ex husband and his wife. From there my and Jeremy's focus is to get William placed with a Temp Christian foster family who lives in the same county as us. Plus we're also working to get me an emergency visit with William as well as get his counseling started along with relationship counseling for Jeremy and myself. Jeremy and I have made it very clear that we are in full agreement to do relationship counseling as well counseling for William, we've made that very clear to the head director of DSS so that there is no miscommunication.
