Finger focus

My daugter was diagnosed 2 yrs ago with ADHD. We have tried Focalin, Focalin xr, and Vyvanse. Though they do calm her down, She now focus on her fingers (looking at them in detail) and not on her work. Still can not get school work done. I was wondering if anyone else had, had a similar issue and what helped for them. I know that it is trial and error with meds.
