I'm sorry your having trouble sleeping - me too! Did you know that ADD and Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome can be best buddies? Loads of ADD people have sleep problems. This site has excellent articles on sleep tips etc, do a quick search and check them out for yourself. I do know how hard it is to get up for school after disturbed sleep, I was just like you all the way through school and university.
