Well Mother's day has come and gone, but it sure didn't feel like mother's day to me this past sunday , it took every bit of mental and emotional energy I had to get up and go to church but I knew that I need to go to church, I needed some sort of peace about this whole messed up situation with my son William . Since the DSS custdy/ staff hearing on Friday Jr has been so awsome, he's been on the phone all week with the head director of DSS explaining to her that he's not denying the fact that he has a past criminal record/ as well as past drug history , yes he's done some rotten things in his life but he's never abused a child in any way let alone molsetest a child. Jr told the head director that he loves William like he's his own son , and that he's the same man who changed his dipers, fed him, rocked him , he was the same man who was there when William took his first steps, his first words. Jr went on to tell the director that he and I are willing to go to counseling, parenting classes , he told the director that he knows how important that William gets the counseling he needs , jr did tell the director that Leslie ( my son temp guardian) and her 1st ex husband's wife went and took a charges each of communcation of threats when a sherif deputy was there in parking lot after the hearing when leslie and her girfriend Amber were threatening and talking crap , and if he had of threatened either one of them , the sherif deputy would have arrested him right then and there. Jr then told the director that we feel that William doesn't need to be in custdy of leslie or her 1st ex husband's and his wife's custdy but that he it would be better for William's mental and emotional wellbeing if he were placed with a Christian foster family - for the appropriate Temperary ammount of time- but Jr and I still can have visitation , and be involved in every things that concerns William and his over all well being . jr then told the director that if DSS keeps pushing these fale alligations that he will file a law suite for slander and defimation of charactor , he said he doesn't want it to have to come down to that, but he will if he's pushed , not to menton the fact that the DSS sfaff members pretty much threatened me in the hearing and told me that if I didn't sign the placement papers placing William with Leslie's 1st ex husband and his wife that I would loose my rights all together- that right there is a violation of my human rights because I stated that I didnt' want to sign anything, not to menton the fac that all 7 of the staff members that were in this meeting threw out all of their titles so fast , that I couldn't take anyone in to know who was who, on top of the fact that every time I tried to answer their questions that another staff member would cut me off in mid sentence, every time I would explain myself and defend myself and Jr, I would get cut off, I never got to speak my side of the story- and because I am ADD and Jr is ADHD we are automatically condeemed and judged to be unfit parents.
