looking for low price for ritalin la

I am prescribed The 20mg Ritalin LA 2 daily. My lousy insurance United Health Care of GA state employees program treats the drug as a tier 3 drug. This costs $100.00 a month. considering I am already taking 6 other prescriptions for other conditions this is just an outrageous insult! If you know how I might purchase this prescription for less than $100.00 please let me know. That would be for 60 20mg Ritalin la caps.

mail order prescriptions

you could look into ordering your prescriptions through the mail. You ask your doctor to write a prescription for a 90 day supply (for you this would be 180 pills) of the ritalin la, which you mail in hard copy to a mail order pharmacy, and they send you the 90 day supply, and only charge you the co-pay once. this way, you could get 3 months for $100, instead of paying $100 each month, and ending up with $300 over hte 3 months. I do this for my ritalin la, and i have no problem. one company i know of is express scripts.. they're very reliable, and the medication is brand name, exactly as prescribed. i use this for all my prescriptions, and only pay the co-pays once every 3 months. It's a great way to save money. only 4 co-pays per year instead of 12!!

website to help with prescription costs

Go to PPARX.ORG They are a non-profit help site to help guide consumers to programs that can help with prescription costs. Through one of their programs, my prescription costs dropped from $550 a month to $20. And I got the brand name, not generic. Good luck.
