not so sure...
honestly, not to be rude or anything, but it sounds like a hoax to get people to waste money if you ask me. it reminds me of those sites that claim you can lose 10 pounds in a day or something ridiculous like that. they make a lot of claims and state "statistical facts" without any supporting evidence, and with no reference to an actual study that was performed to get the data.. and then, about 10 mins later they tell you that you can know the "secrets" for a small fee of $33... my opinion is if you want alternative treatments, vitamins, structured schedules etc. you'd be better off finding a good specialist to see in person, and with insurance, the co-pay is not much more (often less) than the $33 to download an over-dramaticized "manual" to cure ADHD. a specialist could help with vitamin supplements, making schedules, excersizing and all those things they claim to offer, but a specialist will be able to tailor it to your specific case... honestly, if you're that interested in the things they mention, you'd be better off spending the money on a more reliable source than some internet hoax. |
