How do we navigate this forum? Everytime I post something how do I get back to the section I was on? I just need help figuring this out. Quote

Help Navigating I hope I can help... You'll notice that at the top of every page in the Forums, you can see "breadcrumbs" of where you are. For this post they say Public Forums > General ADD ADHD Talk > ADD ADHD 101: I'm Just Wonder > How do we navigate... You can click on any one of those breadcrumbs to take you back to the Forums homepage, to the General ADD ADHD Talk folder and so on. That's your basic hierarchy. If you arrived in the forums from an article you were reading or elsewhere on the site, you'll just have to use your browser's back button to return there. I hope that helps!
