Learning Rx...anyone tried it?

Our son has been dx with ADD for almost 2 yrs. now and we are still struggling with his ADD symptoms. Has anyone tried Learning Rx to deal with ADD? We have an appointment coming up and wondering if we made the right decision....

Learning Rx

I was wondering if you tried the Learning Rx program and if it helped. My daughter has ADD and some memory issues. The theory sounds intriguing but does it work?

Learning Rx...not yet!

We went in for the intial testing and it sounds WONDERFUL! But, the costs involved are a bit prohibitive ... I guess, I would be more likely to take a leap of faith if I knew more people had tried it and been successful with it. Would love to hear stories from families who have gone through the program; both good & bad perspectives welcome!

LearningRx

Two of my kids went though LearningRx programs and it was so worth the money! Neither of them have ever been "officially" diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, but the training definitely helped with their attention issues. They were 14 and 9 when they went through. A year later all of the improvements are holding strong!!!! They both can focus so much better, get through homework quicker, and remember other stuff I tell them. (Little stuff like take out the garbage, brush your teeth, feed the dog. I don't have to remind them 3 times.) I've talked to several other people who took their kids off their ADHD meds after this training because they could focus without it after the program. I will send my youngest through too--- just waiting until she's a bit older. I really think of it as an investment!
