My nephew had speech problems also with his ADHD. There were letters he couldn't pronounce just like your son. My sister-in-law got him placed in a speech class and he speaks very proper now. He just turned 10yrs. Hope that this helps.

If your son is in a public elementary school, they will likely have a speech therapist/pathologist on staff, or if it's a smaller or rural school district they will probably have one who rotates around to different schools in your district or area. The speech therapist or pathologist can work one-on-one with your son to address his specific issues. If your son is in a private school, or not in school for any reason, your county or state board of education or disability services office should be able to refer you to speech therapists or pathologists in your area. Have you had it evaluated? My daughter had speech problems and I was all worried. I had her evaluated and finally was able to relax. She still struggles with some words but it pretty much corrected itself from age 5-7. She couldnt say horse for the longest time. I would always correct her with HOOORSE and she would yell ORSY MOM!!!! lol One day she yelled "MOM HORSEY!!!!!!!!!!!"

Evaluation at school would be a first big step and if they have problems to help your child.
