Biomedial Approach: diet, vitamins, probiotics...pls share!

Hello

I'm interested in looking at the biomedical approach to MANAGING ADHD, rather than using stimulant medications.

I'd love more info on: What have you tried? Reccommended reads? Probiotics...huh? Food sensitivies - wheat/gluten, casein...and others...getting tested?

Websites, books, articles... the beginner type of reads on how to go about it. :) I work with a family that's using this approach with their son who has food sensitivities and his health has dramatically improved since using biomed, albeit for a different condition.

I went vegetarian a little over a year ago, and am switching to organic foods, and also transitioning to having a "natural home" (cleaning products, laundry, cosmetics etc). I eventually want to go vegan as well.

I'd love to hear any insights, experiences!
