I am living overseas with my husband. I would love to go back home to the US, but I love my husband more. He can't go home for another year and a half. We are living in Dubai, UAE. I have been taking Adderall sucsessfully for years now. It has made a world of differnce in who I am and how I perform. I can't get Adderall here. I can get Concerta and have been trying it. It is not working. Well it is, but only slightly better than nothing. Everyone here thinks I am a moron. I don't blame them, I act like it. I have been trying to work with a doctor here, who takes days to return text messages and does not return phone calls to his office or his cell phone which his receptionist made me call because it was the only way to get a hold of him. How bizzare! He claims the UAE will allow Adderall shipped in they just don't sell it. I tried to have it sent monthly from home, but found that was illegal. I can't bring it in when I go home for a visit because you are only allowed one month at a time. Any ideas on what to do? I feel trapped, depressed, and misserable. I know I am a smart, fun, outgoing person. I wish I could show my new co-workers the real me. It would help in settling in and belonging. Not to metion actually being able to do a good job at work.

Any suggestions would be apprecaited.
