Hyperfocus
Are there ways to turn ADD hyperfocus on when needed ? I'm thinking of tips like: find something interesting about the task at hand, clear your mind and start again, approach from a different angle (oral v. written). What works best? How does it then turn off (besides the ringing of a loud alarm or a nag in your ear)?
