Speech issues and ADD?

Are speech issues (that have developed at about age 10) symptoms of ADD? For about the last 8 months or so, my ADD daughter has begun mumbling, running all of her sentences on...with virtually no pause or break for breath, and repeating portions of her sentences several times before completing the sentence. It's so hard to understand her or just keep up with the run-on sentences. She never did this before, and nothing seems to have sparked it that I can tell. Just wondering if it's part of the ADD. Any comments would be helpful.

Speech issues

You really need to address these issues with your doctor. She may be bi-polar and in a manic phase. It could be several different issues. Sorry that's all I can say. I don't diagnose behaviors.
