Homework HELP
Hey. Are you looking for tips to help you do your homework? I have ADD and what helps me is putting on some classical music without words so you have something to listen to (it helps me not get as distracted) I also chew gum while I do homework to help and I sit in a swivel chair so I can move around but stay focused. I don't know if this will help you at all but it helps me a lot! |

homework help
You don't say how old the person is . Because I would have different instructions for younger group and for the older group. For both groups discover the white noise that calms down the person. I use music but I like hard rock . I can hyperfocus so I don't apy attention to the words. Play games for the younger children when my daughter had a problem with the vowels I made up a cheer and we cheered the vowels. I found simple little games help children better than long drugery hours. I associate things so I fix a thought on something and associate it for example a bird I thinK sould have a differnt name I make a name up and then associate the real name with it instead. (I think the starling shoud be named grackle ) because of the spots on it feathers. (this is complicated, not advised if you don't like to make up things)
