Parenting an ADHD preteen girl

Hi All, I'm an overparenting Mom of a pre-teen girl with ADHD. I have a thread in the parenting help forum. I would love your help as adults with ADHD to let me know what an ADHD pre-teen really needs. If you have time to go check out that thread please do. Currently, I am overparenting, overcompensating and over-involving myself in her life for fear that if I don't solve things she will be alone and isolated :) I know it's not working!

I have found that they need structure and a routine for just about everything that they do.
