Right/left brain exercises
all these methods are based on right/left brain exercises right?
here's what I've gleaned from reading and practice.
i use a balance board...and it helps.
i got a simple one from amazon...i think i will be purchasing a Chango Balance Board available from Amazon. it's obviously more difficult. the other wasn't a challenge after a few goes.

Also Hallowell "delivered from distraction" suggests ----right after talking about Dore and Rutherfords methods.

It got outstanding reviews and is very inexpensive.
I tend to research things like a maniac...i hope all this info i stored in my data bank helps... ;-) from my personal experience exercises help especially right/left brain ones.
