ADHD-Friendly ToysSure, there are plenty of toys designed with our kids in mind, but have you found any "normal" ones that provide therapeutic benefits for your child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD)? These are my daughter's favorites. (And mine, too, for their symptom-management side effects!)
After a long, warm fall, winter has definitely descended on central Iowa. Although we are still without snow, it’s very cold, and since it’s dark by 5:00 p.m., we are stuck looking for ways to meet Natalie’s need for active play and stimulation indoors each evening. Luckily, at our house, Wii has come to the rescue; Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) in particular.
