Design a morning checklist to get your day off to a great start.

Organization Tips for ADHD Kids
- Hang a dry-erase board or large laminated checklist by your bed.
- List the things you'll need every day in black indelible ink, and use a dry-erase colored marker for the rest. Each night, think about the next day's activities. Write down what you'll need to do or take with you, and pack your things by the front door.
- Before heading to school each morning, review the list and check off each item.
