Behavior Therapy: A Success Story

How one reader's son traded his medication for behavior therapy — and beat all expectations.

Behavior therapy helped my 12-year-old son tremendously.

With classroom modifications as well, he has been off medication since. He is doing great, despite his diagnoses of Tourette's Syndrome, ADHD, and dyslexia. The diagnostician at school says he is a success story!

    Who was the therapist
I would like the name of the therapist that Tracey went to. My daughter's family is in dire need of a Therapist in the Katy/CyFair area. I would also like to know if anyone knows of any Parent Management Training in that area. Thak you.

Glad to hear good news! Can you tell us more details on what the behavior therapy included? is there a book, therapy name, specialist, etc? Would love to know more.
