Set Aside the ADHD Reluctance

Our tendency is to procrastinate and put off boring tasks, but moms with ADHD will find that a few minutes of organizing each day helps.

 

Straighten up first. I clean the kitchen before I move on to the next activity. My brain says cleaning up will take so long, but, in reality, it never does.
