Stay on Schedule

Detailed routines during the summer ensure kids stay on track year-round.

 

I keep my kids on track by having them get up as if they were going to school. Then I set out a detailed to-do list for each of them and let them know that, if the chores aren’t finished, they cannot go anywhere for the day. At the end of the week, I reward them with a trip to the movies.
