Routine is Key

One father finds a set schedule each day prepares his teenage son for sleep.

A routine involving an hour of vigorous exercise after school, dinner at the same time every night, family time or quiet reading, and a cup of tea helps my 14-year-old son get a good night’s sleep.

Hello Joshua, What kind of tea do you use? My daughter drinks peppermint tea, but I do not find that it calms her in any way.
