Natural Sleep Remedy

This supplement may help your restless child sleep better.

My son’s doctor told us to try melatonin, an herb found at health-food stores. I give him the recommended dose 30 minutes before bed. He now sleeps through the night.

    Melatonin and Adults Response
Melatonin has worked for me. I was recently diagnosed with ADD (32 years old) and have had sleep problems for ages. I take one melatonin tab a night and fall asleep relatively quickly (30 - 45 minutes or so) and sleep through the night. I love it!

yes it does, at least it does for my son. i give it to him and it takes about half an hour or so to work (of course he's a teenager, and wants to stay up). i actually give him the new supplement Midnite, just one pill and he sleeps all night.
