Quit Bad Habits

Try this tip to quit unhealthy behaviors.

 

Get a "partner in crime." They say sharing misery cuts it in half and sharing joy doubles it.

If your New Year's resolution involves making an extremely difficult change, such as quitting smoking, join a group. Those who have struggled with quitting know what it's like and will be supportive.

    trying to drink less alcohol
    I've noticed that my consumption of alcohol is getting out of control on the weekends. I think I am self-medicating and need to do something about it. Has anyone dealt with this? I also need to find a good doctor in the area whereas I have recently moved - anyone know of any in the Boston area? Thank you!
