Shift Your Focus

Focus on life — and not just on the stresses that ADD brings into it.

A Bible passage under discussion by my church study group led our pastor to talk about staying focused. I had to laugh, because that word comes up so often in our house! Now, I try to stop myself whenever I’m about to order my daughter to “focus,” because I realized that I’m actually the one who needs to focus — on what’s important, not just on the stresses that ADD brings into our lives.
