Spell-Checking Program for Dyslexia

New software works with Word to create a dyslexia-friendly spell-check.

Friday February 20th - 11:03am

Four motivating ways to help ADHD kids become better spellers.

A new software program may help people with dyslexia type with confidence. Ghotit is a plug-in for Microsoft Word, which enhances the program's standard spell check with dyslexic users in mind.

The founder of Ghotit has struggled with dyslexia, and was unsatisfied with the results of typical spell-check features. Ghotit works differently by spell-checking words within the context of the entire text, rather than focusing on the individual words.

See a demonstration and download the program at ghotit.com.
