She holds a B.A. from the Evergreen State College, an M.S. in Organizational Development/Human Resources from Chapman University, and a Ph.D. in Adult Learning/Postsecondary from Capella University. Dr. Payne is the author of Adults Who Have Learning Disabilities: Transition from GED to Postsecondary Activities and TJob Accommodations: What Works and Why in Learning Disabilities and Employment, among others.
